No. The engagement sets out who holds the client relationship, and outside the agreed mandate we do not solicit your client. This is stated in writing before we start.

Who signs the engagement letter?

Either your firm or the client, depending on the model you prefer. Both work. What matters is that it is settled in writing before anything begins.

Do you run conflict checks?

Yes, before any engagement, and we tell you promptly if we cannot act.

Which languages do you work in?

English with you and your client. Correspondence with Belgian and European authorities is handled locally in French or Dutch as required.

Can you take a one-off matter rather than an ongoing mandate?

Yes. Fixed-scope one-off instructions are common, and often the way a first collaboration starts.
