A refusal on absolute grounds, an opposition, a questionable choice of classes. One rule per entry, explained from the case.
What a reader can take from it
The practical consequence for a company preparing its own filing, without stretching the case to a situation it does not describe.
The method
Entries cover published filings, open to anyone. The facts come from the register and nowhere else. Where the register is silent, the entry says so instead of filling the gap.
