The place

Who I am

I have been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2021 and founded LAWBE in 2024. My practice covers trade marks, copyright, data, artificial intelligence and technology contracts. I work for SMEs, technology companies and creative professionals established in Belgium, and for Moroccan and non-European companies entering the EU market. A certified data protection officer (ECPC-B, Maastricht University), I work in French and in English.

The method

   Scoping

   You set out your situation in a 45-minute consultation. I identify the legal question and the real options.

2. 02

   Written quote

   I send you the scope, the price and the deadline before any work. Nothing starts without your written agreement.

3. 03

   Delivery

   I handle the matter and keep you informed of progress in the client area, where the documents are kept.

4. 04

   Closing and archiving

   I hand over the final deliverables, summarise what was done and archive the file under the rules of the Bar.

What I do not handle

I do not handle criminal law, family law, residential leases, consumer law on the consumer side, or personal debt mediation. If your question falls within those matters, write to me: I will point you to the relevant service of the Brussels Bar, free of charge.

Forty-five minutes to scope the matter, €120 excl. VAT

• A 45-minute video call, prepaid.

• A written report in five points within 24 working hours: the problem as you put it, the options, my recommendation, the budget for what follows, the timing.

• If you instruct me within 30 days, the €120 is deducted from the fee.
